Responsibilities :

- Configure and support SAP SD processes including Sales Order Management, Pricing, Delivery, Billing, and Credit Management.

- Perform requirement gathering, AS-IS - TO-BE analysis, and solution design.

- Prepare functional specifications and support business validation.

- End-to-end handling of WRICEF objects :

1. Workflows : Approval and automation processes

2. Reports : Custom and analytical reporting (ALV)

3. Interfaces : IDOC, API, and third-party integrations

4. Conversions : Data migration (LSMW - tools)

5. Enhancements : User exits, BADIs

6. Forms : SmartForms - Adobe Forms

- Work closely with ABAP team for development, testing, and delivery.

- Ensure quality, performance, and compliance of developments.

Requirements :

- Strong SAP SD configuration knowledge (OTC cycle).

- Hands-on experience in WRICEF lifecycle.

- Knowledge of IDOCs, output determination, and enhancements.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and RCA capabilities.

- Effective communication and stakeholder management.

- Experience in S/4HANA projects.

- Exposure to Fiori applications.

- Knowledge of FSCM - Advanced Pricing.

- Experience in rollout - upgrade projects.
