Job Description :


We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Administrator to manage, configure, and support our ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will have strong ITSM knowledge, handson configuration skills, and experience handling platform administration, workflows, and upgrades.

Key Responsibilities :

- Day to day administration of the ServiceNow platform

- Manage users, roles, ACLs, and access controls

- Configure and maintain ITSM modules : Incident, Problem, Change, CMDB, Service Catalog, Knowledge Build and update catalog items, workflows, UI Policies, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Flow Designer flows


- Handle L2/L3 support for ServiceNow incidents and requests

- Support platform upgrades, patches, and performance optimization

- Collaborate with ITSM process owners for enhancements and automation

- Support integration activities (REST/SOAP APIs)

Required Skills :

- Hands on experience as a ServiceNow Admin

- Strong understanding of ITIL and ITSM processes

- Handson with Service Catalog, CMDB, Flow Designer

- Knowledge of instance upgrades and best practices

- Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills

Preferred Qualifications :

- ServiceNow CSA certification

- ITIL Foundation certification

- Exposure to HRSD, CSM, or Asset Management modules (optional)
