Job Description :

Key Responsibilities :

Design & Development :

- Develop integration solutions using TIBCO Business Works (BW5/BW6/BWCE).

- Implement message routing and transformations using TIBCO EMS, TIBCO RV, and TIBCO Adapters.

- Build and deploy services (SOAP/REST) on TIBCO platforms.

- Create and manage TIBCO Shared Modules, EAR files, and deployment packages.

Integration & Middleware :

- Implement JMS messaging, queues, topics, durable subscribers, and fault-tolerance mechanisms.

- Integrate with various systems (databases, APIs, ERP, CRM, legacy systems).

- Configure, monitor, and optimize EMS servers, bridges, routes, and fault-tolerant pairs.

DevOps & Deployment :

- Manage deployments using TIBCO Administrator / TIBCO Enterprise Administrator (TEA).

- Develop CI/CD pipelines for TIBCO applications (Jenkins, Git, Maven).

- Troubleshoot performance issues and optimize integration flows.

Support & Maintenance :

- Provide L2/L3 production support for TIBCO integrations.

- Analyze logs, debug issues, and ensure high availability.

- Work on incident resolution, root cause analysis, and performance tuning.

Required Skills :

- Strong experience in TIBCO Business Works, EMS, RV, Adapters, Hawk.

- Hands-on with XML, XSD, XSLT, XPath, SOAP, REST, JSON.

- Knowledge of JDBC, SQL, Oracle/MySQL/SQL Server.

- Understanding of distributed systems, microservices, and integration patterns (EAI, SOA, ESB).

- Experience in Linux/Unix, shell scripting, and server administration fundamentals.
