Job Description : SAP Signavio Expert / Business Process Management (BPM) Consultant

Role Summary :

We are seeking an experienced SAP Signavio Expert to design, implement, and drive process transformation initiatives using the SAP Signavio suite. The ideal candidate will bring strong hands-on expertise across process modeling, process mining, process governance, and workflow automation, and will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver measurable process improvements.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Process Modeling & Documentation :

- Design, model, and document end-to-end business processes using SAP Signavio Process Manager (BPMN 2.0, EPC, value chain diagrams).

- Create and maintain process hierarchies, process landscapes, and reference architectures aligned with organizational standards.

- Conduct process discovery workshops with business SMEs to capture as-is and design to-be processes.

2. Process Mining & Analysis :

- Utilize SAP Signavio Process Intelligence to mine, analyze, and visualize process execution data from source systems (SAP ECC/S4HANA, Salesforce, ServiceNow, etc.).

- Identify process bottlenecks, deviations, and automation opportunities through data-driven insights.

- Build dashboards and KPIs to monitor process performance and conformance.

3. Process Governance & Collaboration :

- Configure and manage the Signavio Collaboration Hub for stakeholder review, feedback, and sign-off cycles.

- Establish and enforce process governance frameworks, naming conventions, and modeling guidelines.

- Manage access controls, roles, and repository structure within Signavio.

4. Workflow & Automation :

- Design and configure workflows using Signavio Workflow Accelerator (or similar automation modules) to operationalize process improvements.

- Collaborate with RPA/automation teams to identify candidates for automation based on mined process data.

5. Stakeholder Management & Advisory :

- Partner with business process owners, IT teams, and leadership to align process design with strategic objectives.

- Facilitate process improvement workshops (Lean/Six Sigma methodologies preferred) and present findings to senior stakeholders.

- Support change management and training on Signavio tools and process standards of adoption.

6. Integration & Technical Configuration :

- Configure Signavio connectors/integrations with SAP S/4HANA, SAP Solution Manager, and other enterprise systems.

- Support data extraction, ETL, and event log preparation for process mining use cases.

- Collaborate with technical teams on API-based integrations where required.

7. Project & Delivery Management :

- Lead or support Signavio implementation projects across the full lifecycle: requirements gathering, design, configuration, testing, and go-live.

- Prepare project documentation including process catalogs, RACI matrices, and improvement roadmaps.

- Mentor junior team members on Signavio best practices.

Required Skills & Experience :

- Experience : 6 - 12 years in Business Process Management / Process Excellence, with a minimum of 3 - 4 years dedicated hands-on experience on SAP Signavio suite.

- Core Tools : SAP Signavio Process Manager, Process Intelligence (Process Mining), Collaboration Hub, Journey Modeler, Workflow Accelerator.

- Modeling Standards : Strong command of BPMN 2.0, EPC notation, value chain diagrams, and process architecture frameworks.

- Process Mining : Experience extracting, cleansing, and analyzing event logs; conformance checking; root-cause analysis.

- ERP Knowledge : Working knowledge of SAP S/4HANA / ECC business processes (O2C, P2P, R2R, etc.) preferred.

- Methodologies : Exposure to Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies is a plus.

- Data & Reporting : Ability to build dashboards/reports for process KPIs; familiarity with SQL or scripting for data prep is advantageous.

- Certifications : SAP Signavio certification(s) preferred (e.g., Signavio Process Manager, Process Intelligence).

- Soft Skills : Strong stakeholder management, workshop facilitation, and executive communication skills.

- Domain Exposure : Prior experience in industries such as Manufacturing, BFSI, Retail, or Telecom is an advantage.
