Description :

- Lead and participate in SAP Forecasting & Replenishment implementation, rollout, upgrade, and support projects.

- Configure and customize SAP F&R solutions based on business requirements.

- Design forecasting models and replenishment strategies for retail and supply chain operations.

- Conduct solution workshops, requirement gathering sessions, and fit-gap analysis.

- Translate business requirements into functional specifications and solution designs.

- Configure and optimize demand forecasting processes using SAP F&R.

- Implement statistical forecasting methods and demand planning strategies.

- Develop replenishment plans to maintain optimal inventory levels.

- Analyze demand patterns, seasonality, promotions, and sales trends.

- Support inventory optimization initiatives to reduce excess stock and stock shortages.

- Support end-to-end retail planning and supply chain processes.

- Collaborate with planning, procurement, merchandising, warehouse, and logistics teams.

- Improve replenishment accuracy and inventory visibility across stores and distribution centers.

- Design solutions for store replenishment, warehouse replenishment, and allocation processes.

- Ensure alignment of SAP F&R with business objectives and operational KPIs.

- Participate in project planning, estimation, and delivery activities.

- Work closely with business users and leadership teams to understand operational challenges.

- Conduct user training sessions and prepare process documentation.

- Support UAT, SIT, regression testing, and deployment activities.

- Ensure adherence to SAP best practices and project governance standards.

Required Skills & Technical Expertise :

- Strong hands-on experience in SAP Forecasting & Replenishment (F&R).

Knowledge of :

- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting capabilities.

- Familiarity with reporting and analytics tools.

- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (B.E./B.Tech) or equivalent.

- SAP F&R Certification preferred.

- SAP Retail or SAP Supply Chain certifications are advantageous.

- Experience working in Retail, FMCG, Consumer Goods, E-commerce, or Supply Chain industries.
