Capgemini - SAP Datasphere Consultant

We are looking for a skilled SAP Datasphere Consultant to design, implement, and manage enterprise data solutions on SAP's next-gen data fabric platform.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience building data models, managing data integration pipelines, and enabling analytics-ready data across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and implement data models, spaces, and views in SAP Datasphere

- Build and manage data integration flows from SAP and non-SAP sources (S/4HANA, BW/4HANA, HANA, third-party systems)

- Configure data replication, federation, and virtualization strategies

- Implement business semantics, data layers, and data cataloging

- Collaborate with BI/analytics teams (SAP Analytics Cloud) for reporting and dashboarding

- Ensure data governance, security, and performance optimization

- Troubleshoot data connectivity and pipeline issues

- Work with business stakeholders to gather and translate data requirements

Required Skills :

- Strong hands-on experience with SAP Datasphere (or SAP Data Warehouse Cloud)

- Knowledge of SAP HANA modeling (calculation views, CDS views)

- Experience with SAP BW/4HANA or S/4HANA data extraction

- Familiarity with SQL, ETL/ELT concepts, and data integration tools

- Exposure to SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) is a plus

- Understanding of data governance and security best practices

- Good communication and stakeholder management skills
