Capgemini - SAP BW/4HANA Consultant

Job Description :

We are looking for an experienced SAP BW/4HANA Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in designing, developing, and supporting SAP BW/4HANA solutions, along with a good understanding of data warehousing concepts and integration with SAP S/4HANA and other source systems.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and implement SAP BW/4HANA data models (ADSOs, CompositeProviders, Open ODS Views, etc.)

- Handle data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) from SAP and non-SAP source systems

- Work on migration/upgrade projects from BW on HANA to BW/4HANA

- Develop and optimize queries using BEx Query Designer / SAP Analysis for Office

- Integrate BW/4HANA with reporting tools such as SAP Analytics Cloud, Power BI, or Tableau

- Perform performance tuning, troubleshooting, and issue resolution

- Collaborate with functional teams to gather reporting requirements

- Prepare technical documentation and support UAT/testing phases

Required Skills :

- Strong experience in SAP BW/4HANA (mandatory)

- Knowledge of SAP HANA modeling (Calculation Views, SQL Script)

- Experience with Data Extraction (DTP, InfoPackages, Extractors)

- Familiarity with SAP BW/4HANA migration cockpit

- Understanding of ABAP for BW is a plus

- Good communication and client-facing skills

- Experience with SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) is an added advantage
