Capgemini - Lead SAP Engagement Manager

Roles and Responsibilities :

- 12 to 16 years of IT experience, with 10+ years in SAP domain and 5 years in SAP delivery leadership.

- Proven track record in managing complex SAP programs globally.

- Strong understanding of SAP technologies: S/4HANA, BTP, Cloud, Integration.

- Expertise in delivery methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid).

- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills.

- P&L ownership and experience driving revenue growth.

- Certifications like SAP Activate, PMP, SAFe are a plus.

- Drive industrialization initiatives: standardization, automation, and platformization of delivery processes.

- Build niche SAP skill capabilities and foster innovation.

- Define and enforce delivery governance frameworks.

- Monitor KPIs: SLA adherence, defect leakage, velocity, and profitability.

- Strong background in SAP.

- Ability to drive programs On time, On Budget and On Quality

- Must have delivered one S/4 Greenfield or Global Roll Out.
