Role : L2 / L3 Java Application Support
- Perform analysis and troubleshooting of issues related to application functionality, performance, and system errors.
- Work extensively on UNIX/Linux systems, including log analysis and job monitoring.
- Develop and maintain Shell Scripts for automation and environment maintenance.
- Collaborate with development, infrastructure, and QA teams for root-cause analysis and permanent fixes.
- Handle incident, problem, and change management processes.
- Ensure adherence to SLAs with quick resolution and documentation of issues.
- Provide support during releases, deployments, and environment migrations.
Required Skills :
- Strong hands-on experience in Java (Core Java preferred for support roles).
- Proficiency in UNIX/Linux commands and log analysis.
- Good knowledge and practical experience in Shell Scripting.
- Background in IT Operations, IT Support, or System Administration.
- Experience in L2 / L3 Application Support for enterprise systems.
- Exposure to multi-paradigm programming and scripting tools is an added advantage.
- Strong communication and analytical skills.
Good to Have :
- Knowledge of server administration and infrastructure-level troubleshooting.
- Experience with ticketing tools (ServiceNow, JIRA, Remedy, etc.).
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, version control (Git), and monitoring tools.
