Position Overview :

We are looking for an experienced IBM OpenPages professional with 710 years of hands-on experience in the IBM OpenPages GRC platform. The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise in OpenPages configuration, customization, workflow development, application maintenance, and Java/J2EE technologies.

The candidate will be responsible for understanding business requirements, designing and implementing technical solutions, supporting application enhancements, and working closely with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, configure, customize, and maintain solutions on the IBM OpenPages GRC platform.

- Work closely with business and technical stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.

- Perform IBM OpenPages configuration, including object models, fields, views, and application-level configurations.

- Develop and maintain TFUI (Task-Focused UI) components and customizations.

- Design, develop, and maintain OpenPages workflows to support business processes and automation.

- Develop and manage Triggers for implementing business rules and automated actions within OpenPages.

- Work with JSP Helpers and other OpenPages customization components.

- Perform application maintenance, troubleshooting, issue resolution, and performance optimization.

- Leverage Java/J2EE skills to develop and support customized OpenPages solutions.

- Work with JavaScript, HTML, and CSS for UI customizations and enhancements.

- Develop and maintain database solutions using Oracle.

- Work with WebSphere Application Server (WAS) for application deployment, configuration, and support.

- Analyze technical challenges and provide effective solutions aligned with business requirements.

- Contribute to technical design and architecture discussions and help the team deliver robust technical solutions.

- Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.

- Collaborate with developers, business analysts, QA teams, and other stakeholders throughout the development lifecycle.

- Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to development standards and best practices.

- Support production issues and provide timely resolution for critical application problems.

- Prepare and maintain technical documentation related to configurations, customizations, workflows, and application components.

Essential Skills & Experience :

- 7 to 10 years of overall experience with IBM OpenPages, with strong hands-on experience in the platform.

- Strong experience working on the IBM OpenPages GRC platform.

- Strong knowledge of Java/J2EE.

- Good working knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.

- Experience working with WebSphere Application Server (WAS).

- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and enterprise application development.

- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Technical Design & Solutioning :

The candidate should have strong technical fundamentals and the ability to contribute to the design and delivery of technical solutions. The role requires someone who can :

- Analyze complex business requirements and convert them into technical specifications.

- Evaluate different technical approaches and recommend appropriate solutions.

- Contribute to solution architecture and technical design discussions.

- Identify technical risks, dependencies, and potential performance issues.

- Ensure solutions are scalable, maintainable, secure, and aligned with enterprise standards.

- Guide team members on OpenPages technical implementation and best practices.

- Troubleshoot complex technical issues across the OpenPages application stack.
