Job Description :

Job Role : Guidewire Lead Developer/Architect (Fulltime role)

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and enhance solutions within Guidewire XCenters (PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, or ClaimCenter).

- Work closely with onshore teams and business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.

- Participate in architecture discussions and provide technical recommendations.

- Own end-to-end delivery of assigned components with minimal supervision.

- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.

- Ensure adherence to Guidewire best practices, coding standards, and performance considerations.

- Actively contribute to team collaboration across geographies (onshore/offshore model).

Required Skills & Experience :

- 8+ years of IT experience with 5+ years in Guidewire implementations.

- Strong hands-on expertise in at least one Guidewire XCenter :

1. PolicyCenter

2. BillingCenter

3. ClaimCenter

- Proficiency in GOSU, Guidewire data model, and integration patterns.

- Experience working in distributed/onshore-offshore delivery models.

- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (client-facing readiness is critical).

Preferred Qualifications :

- Guidewire Cloud experience.

- Guidewire certifications.
