Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated AI/ML Engineer with expertise in AWS services to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying scalable AI/ML solutions, ensuring best practices in code quality, security, and performance. You will collaborate closely with clients to understand their business needs and translate them into robust technical solutions. Additionally, you will mentor and support the Data Science team in delivering high-impact projects.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and implement AI/ML models tailored to business requirements.

- Leverage AWS services (e.g., SageMaker, Lambda, EC2, S3, Glue) for model training, deployment, and monitoring.

- Ensure adherence to best practices in code quality, scalability, maintainability, and security.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients to gather requirements and deliver end-to-end solutions.

- Provide technical mentorship and guidance to the Data Science team.

- Continuously evaluate and improve existing models and pipelines.

- Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in AI/ML and cloud technologies.

Primary Skills :

- Strong expertise in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Data Science.

- Excellent communication skills - both verbal and written.

- Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities.

- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.

- AWS Certification (e.g., AWS Certified Machine Learning - Specialty) is a plus.

- Experience with MLOps tools and practices.
