Job Description :
We are seeking a highly skilled Alteryx Developer with a strong background in the banking domain to join our dynamic team in Mumbai or Bangalore.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Alteryx workflows, data preparation, automation, and a deep understanding of financial data and reporting requirements.

Key Responsibilities :

- Work closely with business and data teams to understand requirements and deliver scalable data solutions.

- Automate manual processes using Alteryx to improve operational efficiency.

- Integrate Alteryx with various data sources such as databases, flat files, and APIs.

- Conduct performance tuning and troubleshooting of Alteryx workflows.

- Implement data governance and quality checks within workflows.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams across business and IT to deliver end-to-end

solutions.

- Prepare documentation and maintain workflow standards for version control and knowledge

transfer.

Required Skills and Experience :

- Strong knowledge of data transformation, ETL, and automation using Alteryx.

- Experience working in the banking or financial services domain is a must.

- Solid understanding of databases (SQL Server, Oracle, etc.) and writing complex SQL queries.

- Experience with reporting tools like Tableau, Power BI is a plus.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented

environment.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Alteryx Designer or Server certification is an added advantage.

- Exposure to Python or R within Alteryx is a plus.

- Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
