Job Title: SAP EPPM Consultant (8+ Years Experience)

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced SAP EPPM Consultant with a strong background in SAP Project Systems (PS) and CPM, Portfolio Management (PPM), and Integration with SAP S/4HANA and other related modules. The ideal candidate will have deep functional knowledge and hands-on experience in implementing and supporting SAP EPPM solutions across industries.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP EPPM solutions including:

1. Project System (PS)

2. Portfolio & Project Management (PPM)

3. Commercial Project Management (CPM) (optional based on client landscape)

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into functional specifications.

- Conduct workshops and blueprinting sessions.

- Perform end-to-end system configuration, testing (unit, integration, UAT), and support.

- Integrate SAP EPPM with other SAP modules like FI/CO, MM, SD, and external systems.

- Manage project lifecycle including WBS, budgeting, cost planning, resource allocation, and reporting.

- Prepare user training documents and deliver training sessions.

- Provide post-go-live support and continuous improvement.

- Coordinate with technical teams (ABAP, Basis) for developments and performance optimization.

- Ensure alignment with SAP best practices and S/4HANA roadmap.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Minimum 6 years of experience in SAP with at least 5 years in SAP EPPM / PS / PPM.

- Hands-on experience in:

1. Project Definition & WBS Structures

2. Network Activities & Costing

3. Budgeting & Forecasting

4. Milestone Billing

5. Timesheet Integration (CATS / HR)

6. Resource Planning

- Strong understanding of SAP Fiori apps related to EPPM.

- At least one full lifecycle implementation in SAP S/4HANA EPPM.

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

- Good documentation and presentation skills.

- Familiarity with Agile or Hybrid project delivery methodologies.

Preferred:

- SAP S/4HANA Certification in EPPM / CPM.

- Knowledge of tools like SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), MS Project Integration, or Primavera.

- Experience with integration of Document Management Systems (DMS/OpenText) with EPPM.
