Job Description :
Responsibilities :
- Serve as the key liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams throughout SAP S/4HANA implementation and transformation projects.
- Conduct in-depth business process analysis, gather detailed requirements, and translate them into clear, actionable functional specifications for SAP S/4HANA solutions.
- Design and deliver reporting and Business Intelligence (BI) solutions, leveraging various SAP reporting tools.
- Provide comprehensive support during System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) phases, ensuring solutions meet business requirements and are defect-free.
- Collaborate closely with technical developers, solution architects, and project managers to ensure successful project delivery.
- Facilitate workshops, create user documentation, and provide training to end-users as needed.
Experience & Skills :
- 10+ years of overall experience, with at least 8+ years specifically as a Business Analyst in large-scale ERP/IT transformation projects.
- Mandatory hands-on experience as a Business Analyst on SAP S/4HANA projects is essential.
- Demonstrable experience in translating complex business requirements into detailed functional specifications.
- Proven background in delivering reporting and BI solutions within an SAP landscape.
- Solid experience in supporting and coordinating testing phases (SIT, UAT).
- Familiarity with various SAP reporting tools, such as Embedded Analytics, BW/4HANA, and SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC).
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
