Role & Responsibilities :


- Gather, document, and analyze business requirements through stakeholder interviews, workshops, and process analysis.

- Translate business needs into clear technical specifications, including process flow diagrams, use cases, and user stories.

- Perform gap analysis to identify improvement opportunities and recommend solutions.

Collaboration and Stakeholder Management :


- Act as the primary liaison between business teams and technical teams to ensure alignment of goals and deliverables.

- Facilitate communication between internal and external stakeholders, ensuring a seamless project execution.

- Support user acceptance testing (UAT) by preparing test cases and scenarios based on business requirements.

Technical Implementation Support :


- Work closely with developers, QA teams, and system architects to ensure technical solutions meet business objectives.

- Provide technical input during the design and development phases to address feasibility and scalability concerns.

- Prepare technical documentation, including process flows, issue logs, and troubleshooting guides.

Data Analysis and Reporting :


- Leverage tools like SQL and Excel to extract, manipulate, and analyze data to derive actionable insights.

- Create reports and dashboards using data visualization tools to communicate findings to stakeholders effectively.

- Monitor and measure the success of implemented solutions using KPIs and metrics.

Required Technical Skills :


- SQL : Strong proficiency in database querying for data extraction and analysis.

- Excel : Advanced skills, including pivot tables, data visualization, and formulae.

- Visualization Tools : Experience with tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms.

- Documentation Tools : Proficiency in JIRA, Confluence, or similar tools for requirement tracking and documentation.

- Scripting Knowledge : Basic understanding of Python or R for data analysis (preferred).

- API Knowledge : Familiarity with RESTful APIs and integrations.

Soft Skills :


- Strong problem-solving and root-cause analysis capabilities.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts

into simple terms.

- Stakeholder management skills, ensuring alignment between business and technical teams.

- High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

Preferred Qualifications :


- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Experience in domains such as e-commerce, retail, or supply chain management.

- Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies.

- Knowledge of business processes like inventory management, product lifecycle management, or CRM
