Role : Technology Project Manager - Digital Transformation
- Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables in alignment with business goals.
- Manage cross-functional teams including IT, business stakeholders, vendors, and system integrators.
Technology Implementation :
- Ensure seamless data flow and interoperability across platforms.
- Drive adoption of best practices in system configuration, testing, and validation.
Stakeholder Management :
- Facilitate workshops, requirement-gathering sessions, and executive updates.
- Translate complex technical concepts into business-friendly language for senior stakeholders.
Governance & Compliance :
- Maintain documentation for audits, validations, and compliance reporting.
- Implement risk management strategies and change control processes.
Performance & Value Delivery :

Required Skills & Experience :
- 8 - 12 years in IT project management, with at least 5 years in pharma or life sciences.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale ERP/CRM/Planning system implementations.
Technical Expertise (preferred) :
- Salesforce (CRM, customer engagement, pharma sales processes).
- SAP PPDS & Distribution (production planning, supply chain optimization).
- Anaplan (financial forecasting, demand planning).
Soft Skills :
- Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving orientation.
