Role Overview :

As a C# WPF Developer at QuEST Global, you will be instrumental in designing, developing, and maintaining robust and user-friendly desktop applications. You will collaborate closely with cross functional teams, including designers, testers, and product managers, to translate business requirements into high-quality software solutions. Your work will directly impact the efficiency and effectiveness of our clients operations by providing them with cutting-edge tools and applications.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and maintain C# WPF applications based on client requirements, ensuring high performance and scalability.

- Design and implement user interfaces using XAML, adhering to best practices for usability and accessibility.

- Integrate applications with backend systems and databases, ensuring seamless data flow and integrity.

- Write clean, well-documented, and testable code, following established coding standards and guidelines.

- Troubleshoot and debug software defects, identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions.

- Participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback to improve code quality and maintainability.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

- Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and tools.

Required Skillset :

- Proven ability to develop and maintain C# WPF applications with a strong understanding of the .NET framework and .NET Core.

- Demonstrated expertise in designing and implementing user interfaces using XAML and related technologies.

- Solid understanding of object-oriented programming principles and design patterns.

- Experience working with XML and related technologies for data serialization and configuration.

- Familiarity with WinForms and its integration with WPF applications.

- Ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
