Key Responsibilities :

- Direct the end-to-end project lifecycle, from initial requirements gathering to final deployment, ensuring all deliverables meet client expectations and internal quality benchmarks.

- Manage cross-functional teams of developers, testers, and analysts to ensure seamless collaboration and high-velocity delivery in a fast-paced environment.

- Identify and mitigate project risks by proactively addressing bottlenecks and resource constraints to prevent delivery delays.

- Communicate project status, milestones, and technical challenges to senior stakeholders and clients to maintain transparency and alignment on business objectives.

- Oversee budget allocation and resource planning to optimize project profitability and ensure efficient utilization of team capacity.
