Role Overview :

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated C++ Developer/Lead/Architect to join our dynamic team in Bangalore. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing high-performance software solutions for our clients.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including software engineers, testers, and project managers, to deliver innovative and reliable products.

Your expertise will be crucial in ensuring the quality, scalability, and maintainability of our software systems, ultimately contributing to the success of our projects and the satisfaction of our clients.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and develop robust, scalable, and efficient C++ applications for diverse platforms.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

- Implement complex algorithms and data structures to solve challenging engineering problems.

- Perform thorough code reviews and unit testing to ensure high-quality deliverables.

- Debug and resolve software defects in a timely and effective manner.

- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our development processes and tools.

- Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a collaborative and knowledge-sharing environment.

- Architect and design complex software systems, ensuring scalability, maintainability, and performance.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated proficiency in C++ programming language, including strong understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) principles.

- Solid understanding of multithreading concepts and experience in developing multithreaded applications.

- In-depth knowledge of data structures and algorithms, with the ability to apply them effectively in problem-solving.

- Experience working in Linux and Windows environments, including familiarity with command-line tools and scripting.

- Familiarity with STL (Standard Template Library) and other C++ libraries.

- Proven ability to debug complex software issues and identify root causes.

- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.

- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
