We are looking for a Product Designer who combines strong product design with hands-on user research. You will work on complex problems where understanding real-world user behavior is as important as designing the interface. You will be involved end-to-end, from problem discovery and research through concept development, prototyping, validation and implementation.

Key Responsibilities :

- Own end-to-end UX from problem discovery to implementation.

- Conduct user interviews, contextual research and usability testing.

- Translate user insights into journeys, workflows, IA and product concepts.

- Design wireframes, prototypes and high-fidelity experiences.

- Simplify complex B2B/business workflows into intuitive experiences.

- Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering teams.

- Contribute to design systems and reusable interaction patterns.

- Review implemented designs and continuously improve the product experience.

Skills Required :

- 5 - 7 years of experience in Product/UX Design.

- Strong interaction design and information architecture skills.

- Experience taking products from 0 to 1.

- Hands-on experience with user research.

- Ability to simplify complex problems and workflows.

- Strong collaboration and product-thinking skills.
