Position Objective :

Looking for a Business Systems Analyst (BSA) to partner with business stakeholders and technology teams to analyze business needs, define system requirements, and support the delivery of enterprise technology solutions. The ideal candidate should have experience in requirements gathering, process analysis, system integrations, and Agile delivery.

Key Responsibilities :

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand business processes, challenges, and objectives.

- Gather, analyze, document, and validate business and functional requirements.

- Translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications and user stories.

- Conduct gap analysis and recommend system or process improvements.

- Work closely with Product Owners, Developers, QA teams, and Solution Architects throughout the project lifecycle.

- Support system integration efforts by defining data flows and validating business processes.

- Facilitate workshops, requirement review sessions, and user acceptance testing (UAT).

- Create and maintain documentation, including BRDs, FRDs, process flows, and use cases.

- Track requirements, risks, and changes throughout project execution.

- Support production issue analysis and continuous improvement initiatives.

Unique Knowledge & Skill Requirement :

- 8+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or Business Analyst in enterprise technology environments.

- Strong experience in requirements gathering and business process analysis.

- Hands-on experience in creating BRDs, FRDs, user stories, use cases, and functional specifications.

- Experience conducting gap analysis and translating business requirements into technical solutions.

- Proficiency in SQL for data analysis and validation.

- Understanding of REST APIs, system integrations, and data flow concepts.

- Experience with Jira and Confluence for Agile project management and documentation.

- Knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies.

- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

- Experience facilitating workshops, requirement review sessions, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

- Familiarity with process mapping tools such as Microsoft Visio.

- Experience working with enterprise applications such as SAP, Salesforce, ServiceNow, or similar platforms is preferred.

- Experience in healthcare, life sciences, or other regulated industries is an added advantage.
