Job Description :

- Own end-to-end business analysis : requirements gathering, process design, configuration support, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support across S2P and P2P solutions.

- Partner with business stakeholders to understand procurement needs across intake, sourcing, supplier onboarding, purchasing, invoice processing, approvals, integrations, reporting, and compliance.

- Translate business requirements into user stories, functional specs, acceptance criteria, test scenarios, process flows, and release documentation.

- Support implementation and enhancement of procurement tools : intake-to-procure orchestration, supplier lifecycle management, sourcing, purchasing, invoicing, and ERP integrations.

- Apply hands-on S/4HANA S2P/P2P knowledge : PRs, POs, goods receipt, service entry, invoice processing, vendor master, account assignment, approvals, and finance/procurement integration touchpoints.

- Serve as Scrum Master : facilitate sprint planning, stand-ups, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, retrospectives, impediment tracking, and delivery governance.

- Partner with Product Owners to maintain a healthy backlog; ensure sprint commitments are defined, prioritized, and delivered.

- Coordinate UAT, defect triage, release readiness, change management, stakeholder communications, and operational handover.

- Identify opportunities to simplify processes, improve UX, automate manual work, strengthen controls, and drive continuous improvement.

Requirements :

Must-Haves :

- 5 to 8 years as a Business Systems Analyst, Functional Consultant, Product Analyst, or similar in enterprise procurement/finance/S2P technology.

- Strong S2P/P2P functional expertise with hands-on S/4HANA Procurement experience and at least one platform : SAP Ariba, Coupa, ZIP, Levelpath, or comparable.

- Implementation experience across : Intake & Orchestration, Sourcing & Supplier Management, Purchasing, Invoicing, and ERP integrations.

- Practical Agile/Scrum skills : user story writing, acceptance criteria, backlog management, sprint execution, estimation, release planning, stakeholder demos.

- Ability to bridge business and technology teams, facilitate workshops, document current/future-state processes, and recommend scalable solutions.

- Cross-functional collaboration experience : Procurement, Finance, Legal, Enterprise Architecture, Security, Integration, external vendors, and implementation partners.

- Strong communication, analytical, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.

- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Supply Chain, Computer Science, Finance, or related field.

Nice-to-Haves :

- Prior experience as a Scrum Master or Agile delivery lead.

- Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, ServiceNow, Miro, Lucidchart, or similar tools.

- Agile/Scrum certification; SAP, Ariba, Coupa, or procurement technology certifications.
