Business System Architect

Description :

Key Responsibilities :

a) ERP & Systems Architecture :

- Ensure seamless, end-to-end data integration across systems with minimal to no manual intervention.

b) Business Process Transformation :

- Identify inefficiencies and standardize processes by embedding SOPs within systems to support scalability.

c) Data Automation & AI Integration :

- Implement automation, API integrations, and AI-driven tools to reduce manual reporting and documentation efforts.

- Deploy AI-assisted workflows and intelligent copilots to improve decision-making and operational efficiency.

- Integrate AI capabilities within core systems to enable predictive analytics and accelerate execution.

d) Technology Implementation & Ownership :

- Collaborate with external vendors, developers, and cross-functional teams to implement, optimize, and maintain solutions.

Required Skills & Experience :

- Strong proficiency in SQL, Power BI, and Excel; working knowledge of Python

- Experience with Zoho or similar ERP/CRM ecosystems
