Role Summary :

We are seeking an experienced and forward-thinking Business Systems Analyst (BSA) to play a critical role in a greenfield implementation of IFS Cloud.

This position is ideal for a hands-on functional expert who thrives in building ERP capabilities from the ground up and who can partner closely with business and technology teams to design scalable, cloud-native solutions.

The successful candidate will bring deep expertise in IFS Cloud functional design, strong experience with end-to-end business processes, and the ability to leverage AI-driven insights, automation, and analytics to improve decision-making and operational efficiency.

Operating within a SAFe Agile framework, this role will be instrumental in shaping the future-state ERP landscape and ensuring successful adoption across the enterprise.

Key Responsibilities :

IFS Cloud Greenfield Implementation :

- Lead business requirement discovery and refinement workshops to define future-state processes aligned with IFS Cloud best practices.

- Translate business needs into functional designs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and configuration specifications for IFS Cloud.

- Partner with implementation partners and internal teams to drive end-to-end solution design, minimizing customization and maximizing standard IFS Cloud capabilities.

- Support data migration strategy, including data profiling, validation rules, reconciliation, and cutover planning.

Business Process & Functional Expertise :

- Own functional design across core ERP processes, including :

1. Order to Cash (O2C)

2. Procure to Pay (P2P)

3. Finance & Accounting

4. Projects & Asset Management

5. Service Management

6. Resource Management

- Identify opportunities to simplify, standardize, and automate business processes using IFS Cloud capabilities.

- Define reporting, KPIs, and dashboards to support operational and executive decision-making.

AI, Automation & Intelligent Insights :

- Leverage AI-enabled features in IFS Cloud (e.g., predictive insights, intelligent recommendations, anomaly detection).

- Identify and implement process automation opportunities using :

1. Embedded IFS Cloud automation

2. Workflow orchestration

3. Event-driven integrations

- Collaborate with various teams to enable AI-assisted forecasting, demand planning, and financial insights.

- Support the responsible use of AI by defining data quality standards, explainability, and governance requirements.

Integration & Architecture Collaboration :

- Define and document integrations between IFS Cloud and enterprise systems (e.g., HR, IAM, CRM, data platforms).

- Work with integration teams using REST APIs, event streams, and middleware platforms (e.g., MuleSoft).

- Produce clear functional integration documentation including data mapping, transformation logic, and exception handling.

SAFe Agile Delivery & Stakeholder Engagement :

- Actively participate in SAFe Agile ceremonies including PI Planning, Sprint Planning, Reviews, and Retrospectives.

- Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Architects, Developers, QA, and Business SMEs to ensure solution alignment.

- Manage and prioritize a functional backlog of features, enhancements, and defects.

- Support UAT planning and execution, defect triage, and business readiness activities.

Change Enablement & Adoption :

- Develop training materials, job aids, and process documentation for end users.

- Support organizational change management by helping stakeholders understand new processes, AI capabilities, and system impacts.

- Provide post-go-live hypercare support and continuous improvement recommendations.

Required Qualifications :

- 7+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or Functional Consultant in ERP implementations.

- Hands-on experience with IFS Cloud (implementation or major upgrade), preferably in a greenfield or transformation program.

- Strong functional expertise in Finance, O2C, P2P, Project, Service-related modules within IFS.

- Proven experience translating business requirements into functional designs and system configurations.

- Experience working in SAFe Agile or Agile delivery models.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
