About the Role :

We are looking for an experienced Business Process Management (BPM) Analyst to drive process excellence and digital transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will have expertise in business process modeling, process improvement, automation, and process intelligence, while collaborating with global stakeholders to optimize business operations.

Key Responsibilities :

- Analyze, document, and improve end-to-end business processes.

- Develop process models using BPM tools such as ARIS, Signavio, or BIC.

- Lead Lean Six Sigma-based process improvement initiatives.

- Conduct root cause analysis and identify automation opportunities.

- Utilize Celonis, Power BI, and other process intelligence tools to derive actionable insights.

- Assess and support RPA implementations using UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism.

- Partner with cross-functional teams to drive process standardization and governance.

- Facilitate workshops and stakeholder discussions for process optimization.

Required Skills :

- 6 to 10 years of experience in Business Process Management.

- Experience with ARIS, Signavio, BIC, Appian, or Bizagi.

- Strong understanding of BPMN standards and workflow automation.

- Experience in Lean Six Sigma methodologies.

- Knowledge of Celonis, Power BI, Tableau, and process mining.

- Experience with UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism.

- Python or SQL knowledge is an added advantage.

- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
