Role Summary :

We are hiring a Business Analyst / Delivery Analyst to bridge business stakeholders and engineering for Fuse-OS. You will drive discovery, translate requirements into clear stories and acceptance criteria, manage sample inputs and documentation, and support UAT readiness for enterprise SaaS delivery.

Key Responsibilities :

- Facilitate discovery workshops and requirements discussions with stakeholders.

- Translate business needs into epics, user stories, acceptance criteria, and process documentation.

- Maintain clear inventories of sample inputs, configurations, and decision logs.

- Coordinate scope clarity, dependency tracking, and change communication.

- Prepare UAT scripts and support UAT cycles through to sign-off readiness.

- Partner with engineering and QA on prioritization, clarity, and delivery quality.

- Document operational guidance and help ensure smooth handoffs to users.

- Track risks and open questions; escalate blockers early with actionable options.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 2 - 5 years as Business Analyst, Delivery Analyst, or similar in software product implementations.

- Strong requirements elicitation, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.

- High proficiency with Excel and ability to analyze operational/business data structures.

- Experience running UAT with business users and converting feedback into prioritized backlog.

- Clear written communication for workshop notes, status reporting, and requirement specs.

- Ability to work in fast Agile delivery with regular demos and stakeholder updates.

Preferred / Nice to Have :

- Insurance industry or InsurTech experience - preferred but not mandatory.

- Familiarity with enterprise SaaS implementations and process mapping.

- Exposure to Jira/Confluence (or equivalents) and basic understanding of APIs/data models.

- Awareness of data privacy / compliance considerations in enterprise software.

Domain Preference :

Familiarity with the insurance industry and InsurTech is preferred but not mandatory. Strong engineering fundamentals and willingness to learn the domain matter more.
