Role : Business Data Analyst

Location : Hybrid

Key Role and Responsibilities :

- Act as liaison between the technical and business teams.

- Should be able to connect with Client SME and understand Functionality and Data.

- Should be able to do Data Profiling to understand the quality of Data and critical Data elements, and how to standardize Reference and master data across systems.

- Work on Data mapping, Data lineage docs, data models, and design docs that allow stakeholders to understand data mappings and transformations.

Must Have :

- 5+ years of work experience in large-scale Data applications doing Data Analysis, Data Mapping, and Data Transformations.

- Experience in Snowflake and any relational DB.

- Very good Verbal and Written communication and tracking skills.

- SQL, business requirement gatherings, and Source-to-target mappings (STTM) writing.

- Should have exposure to data consolidation, transformation, and standardization from a different system.

- Experience with Insurance (Property and Casualty Insurance - P&C) Domain clients.

- Be a self-starter.

- Must be able to integrate quickly into the team and work independently towards team goals.

Good To Have :

- Knowledge in the Insurance domain and SQL.

Education :

- Bachelors degree in computer science, Software Engineering, MIS or equivalent combination of education and experience.
