Job Summary :

We are looking for a Business Consultant with hands-on experience in SAP Cloud for Customer (C4C) and B2B CRM processes. The candidate will translate business requirements into end-to-end solution concepts, coordinate with international Agile DevOps teams, and support the implementation, configuration, and continuous improvement of global B2B CRM digital products.

Required Technical Skills :

- SAP Cloud for Customer (C4C) / SAP Sales Cloud.

- B2B CRM business processes and SAP-based system environments.

- C4C business objects and configuration.

- Reporting management, territory management, and dashboard management.

- Data replication management.

- C4C customizing and layout adaptations.

- Transport management and organizational structure management.

- SAP incident management.

- Knowledge of interfaces and connectivity between SAP Cloud and on-premises systems.

Required Professional Skills :

- Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.

- Ability to coordinate business teams and service providers.

- Experience working with international teams.

- Familiarity with Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.

- Experience using Jira and Confluence.

- Fluency in English.

Good-to-Have Skills :

- SAP BW.

- SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC).

- SAP Sales Cloud Version 2.

- SAP Marketing Cloud.

- Knowledge of other SAP modules.
