- Location : PAN India.

- 12 years of experience is required.

- Educational Qualification: 15 years full time education.

- Translate business needs into technology-enabled solutions and operating models.

- Support transformation by developing business cases and guiding implementation of key initiatives.

- Mentor junior team members by providing guidance and support to enhance their professional growth.

- Must have AI related work experience.

- Must have skills: Proficiency in GuideWire Integration.

- Strong analytical skills to assess business processes and identify improvement opportunities.

- Excellent communication skills to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences.

- Experience in designing and implementing technology-enabled business solutions.

- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder expectations effectively.
