Job Summary :

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst with strong expertise in Life Insurance applications and digital platforms. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience working with US-based Life Insurance projects and a solid background in Agile environments.

Key Responsibilities :

Requirements Gathering & Documentation :

- Conduct stakeholder workshops, interviews, and requirement-gathering sessions.

- Analyze and document business requirements, user stories, use cases, and process flows.

- Prepare BRDs, FRDs, functional specifications, and related documentation.

Process Analysis & Improvement :

- Analyze current business processes within Life Insurance operations.

- Identify gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for automation.

- Design future-state processes to improve efficiency and customer experience.

Solution Design & Collaboration :

- Act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams.

- Translate business requirements into functional solutions.

- Collaborate with development teams throughout the project lifecycle.

Testing & Quality Assurance :

- Create test plans, test cases, and acceptance criteria.

- Coordinate and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

- Validate delivered solutions against business requirements.

Stakeholder Management :

- Manage competing business priorities and requirements.

- Communicate project status, risks, and business impacts effectively.

- Ensure alignment with organizational objectives.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 7+ years of overall Business Analyst experience

- Minimum 4+ years of hands-on experience in US Life Insurance projects

- Strong experience in requirements gathering, stakeholder management, BRD/FRD documentation, user stories, and process flows

- Good understanding of Life Insurance functions including :

a. Policy Administration

b. Claims

c. Underwriting

d. New Business

- Experience in process improvement, gap analysis, and process automation

- Strong UAT experience, test case preparation, and requirement validation

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

- Experience working in Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies

Additional Requirements :

- Immediate Joiners preferred (Maximum 15 days notice period)

- Excellent communication skills are mandatory

- Stable employment history preferred (minimum 2 years with organizations)

- Candidates willing to work in a 24x7 rotational shift environment

- Shift Timing : 2 : 00 PM 10 : 30 PM

- 3 Interview Rounds

- Chennai and Hyderabad candidates preferred; exceptional candidates from other locations may be considered

- Hybrid work model preferred; remote consideration only for exceptional profiles outside Hyderabad
