Role Overview :

As a Business Analyst - Telecom Domain, you will be responsible for analyzing business needs, gathering requirements, and translating them into actionable solutions for our telecom clients. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders, including product managers, engineers, and business users, to define project scope, create detailed documentation, and ensure successful implementation of solutions. Your work will directly contribute to improving our clients' operational efficiency, enhancing their service offerings, and driving business growth. This role is based in Chennai or Coimbatore.

Key Responsibilities :

- Elicit and document business requirements from stakeholders through interviews, workshops, and surveys to ensure a clear understanding of project objectives.

- Analyze existing business processes and identify areas for improvement to enhance efficiency and reduce operational costs.

- Develop detailed functional and non-functional requirements specifications, use cases, and user stories to guide the development team.

- Create process flow diagrams, wireframes, and mockups to visualize proposed solutions and facilitate communication with stakeholders.

- Collaborate with the development team to ensure that solutions are aligned with business requirements and delivered on time and within budget.

- Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate that solutions meet the defined requirements and are user-friendly.

- Manage stakeholder expectations and provide regular updates on project progress to ensure transparency and alignment.

- Support the implementation and deployment of solutions, including training users and providing ongoing support.

- Contribute to the development of best practices and methodologies for business analysis within the organization to improve overall efficiency and effectiveness.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated ability to gather, analyze, and document business requirements in the telecom domain.

- Proven expertise in solution design and process improvement methodologies.

- Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.

- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with both technical and non-technical audiences.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
