Business Analyst - SQL/Python

Description :

- Bachelor's degree from IIT/NIT colleges. Experience of 1-3 years in Analytics or related fields.

- Hands-on experience in working on Python, Excel, MySQL or any other SQL querying language

- Advanced Excel skills to generate visualizations and give insights from data.

- Work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment and deliver objective results.

- Analyse large datasets to generate insights to optimize credit strategy.

- Visualizing complex data and communicating to a large variety of audiences including senior leadership.

- Ability to co-relate data with Business and generate recommendations

- Ability to build views/visualization to generate insights on the go

- Excellent data analysis skills (investigation, modelling, mapping & gap analysis)

- Strong knowledge of fundamentals, including funnel analytics, customer segmentation, user activity modelling

- Ability to own projects end-to-end: building out timelines, key milestones, provide regular updates to stakeholders and delivery against agreed upon specs

- Ability to innovate to identify & target cohorts to generate higher conversions
