CloudIT is hiring for one of its leading clients, an advanced technology solutions company with 10,000+ employees and a strong presence across major metro cities including Pune, Noida, Hyderabad, and Bangalore.

We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst with expertise in ServiceNow Integrated Risk Management (IRM), specifically within Control Management, Policy & Compliance modules, to support enterprise governance, risk, and compliance transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities :

- Collaborate with business, risk, audit, compliance, and technology stakeholders to gather and document business requirements

- Analyze and optimize governance, risk, and compliance processes using ServiceNow IRM capabilities

- Support implementation and enhancement of :

1. Risk Management

2. Policy & Compliance

3. Control Management

4. Audit Management

5. Issue Management

6. Operational Resilience workflows

- Translate business requirements into :

1. BRDs

2. FRDs

3. User Stories

4. Process Flows

5. Functional Specifications

- Facilitate workshops, stakeholder interviews, and process mapping sessions

- Work closely with architects, developers, QA teams, and project managers during implementation activities

- Support UAT coordination, defect tracking, release validation, and change management activities

- Assist in compliance reporting, KPI tracking, dashboards, and operational analytics

- Identify workflow automation and process improvement opportunities

- Ensure alignment with governance standards, audit requirements, and enterprise compliance frameworks

- Support Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies and project documentation standards
