Business Analyst + Scrum Master Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic Business Analyst with Scrum Master responsibilities to bridge the gap between business stakeholders and development teams while ensuring Agile best practices are followed.

The role involves requirements analysis, stakeholder management, backlog grooming, and facilitating Agile ceremonies to ensure successful product delivery.

Key Responsibilities :

Business Analysis Responsibilities :

- Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.

- Work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into user stories.

- Create BRDs, FRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows.

- Conduct requirement workshops, stakeholder meetings, and interviews.

- Perform gap analysis and impact analysis.

- Support the product owner in backlog prioritization and refinement.

- Ensure requirements are clear, testable, and aligned with business goals.

- Collaborate with development, QA, and product teams to ensure correct implementation.

Scrum Master Responsibilities :

- Facilitate Agile ceremonies :

i. Sprint Planning

ii. Daily Stand-ups

iii. Sprint Reviews

iv. Retrospectives

- Remove team impediments and blockers.

- Ensure adherence to Scrum framework and Agile principles.

- Track sprint progress, velocity, and team performance.

- Maintain JIRA boards and Agile metrics.

- Foster continuous improvement within the team.

- Act as a servant leader to the development team.

Required Skills :

- Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodology

- Experience with JIRA / Confluence

- Expertise in requirements gathering and documentation

- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

- Experience writing user stories and acceptance criteria

- Understanding of SDLC and Agile development processes

- Ability to facilitate cross-functional collaboration.
