Job Summary :

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Business Analyst to work closely with business stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams to analyze business requirements and deliver effective Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in business process analysis, requirement gathering, Salesforce CRM, and stakeholder management.

Key Responsibilities :

- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.

- Conduct stakeholder interviews, workshops, and requirement-gathering sessions.

- Translate business needs into functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

- Work closely with Salesforce Developers, Administrators, QA teams, and project managers.

- Analyze existing business processes and recommend improvements using Salesforce capabilities.

- Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs), and process flow diagrams.

- Support Salesforce configuration, customization, and implementation activities.

- Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), validate solutions, and manage defect resolution.

- Maintain product backlogs and prioritize requirements in Agile environments.

- Ensure solutions align with business objectives and Salesforce best practices.

Required Skills :

- 5 - 6 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably with Salesforce CRM.

- Strong understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.

- Experience in requirement elicitation, business process mapping, and gap analysis.

- Hands-on experience writing user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria.

- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools such as Jira and Confluence.

- Experience in stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.

- Understanding of Salesforce objects, workflows, reports, dashboards, and CRM processes.

- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
