Role : Business Analyst

Key Responsibilities :

- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for RPA initiatives.

- Conduct process assessments, process mapping, and prepare Process Definition Documents (PDDs).

- Identify automation opportunities and recommend process improvements.

- Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), functional specifications, and process flow diagrams.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders, RPA developers, and project teams to deliver automation solutions.

- Support RPA development, testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), deployment, and production rollouts.

- Analyze business processes and data to improve operational efficiency.

- Ensure automation solutions comply with business objectives, governance, and regulatory requirements.

- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, sprint planning, and project discussions.

- Provide post-implementation support and assist in continuous process optimization.

Required Skills :

- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst with exposure to RPA projects.

- Strong knowledge of business process analysis, process mapping, and process documentation.

- Experience preparing BRDs, FRDs, PDDs, and workflow diagrams.

- Understanding of RPA platforms such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism.

- Experience in UAT, requirement gathering, and stakeholder management.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and project lifecycle management.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience in process improvement initiatives and business process reengineering.

- Knowledge of BPMN, Visio, or other process modeling tools.

- RPA Business Analyst or Business Analysis certifications are an added advantage.
