Job Summary :

We are looking for a data-driven Business Analyst who can translate complex data into actionable insights. The ideal candidate has strong hands-on experience with SQL, Tableau, and Python, and has worked in quick commerce or e-commerce environments. You will partner closely with product, operations, and business teams to drive growth and efficiency through analytics.

Key Responsibilities :

- Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and business opportunities.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Marketing, Operations) to identify business challenges and define analytical solutions.

- Write complex SQL queries to extract, transform, and validate data.

- Build and maintain dashboards and reports using Tableau for business stakeholders.

- Use Python for data analysis, automation, and advanced analytics.

- Work closely with cross-functional teams (Product, Ops, Marketing, Finance) to define metrics and KPIs.

- Perform ad-hoc analysis to support strategic and operational decision-making.

- Present insights and recommendations clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Required Skills :

- Strong proficiency in SQL (complex joins, subqueries, performance optimization).

- Hands-on experience with Tableau (dashboards, storytelling with data).

- Working knowledge of Python for data analysis (Pandas, NumPy, etc.).

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Prior experience in Quick Commerce or E-commerce companies.

- Understanding of metrics such as funnel analysis, cohort analysis, customer retention, supply chain or delivery KPIs.

- Experience working with large, fast-moving datasets.
