Business Analyst /Product Owner

Overview :

Key Responsibilities :

Business Analysis :

- Translate business needs into functional and non-functional requirements

- Create process flows, use cases, and user stories

- Identify gaps, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities

- Support data-driven decision-making through analysis and reporting

Product Ownership :

- Manage and prioritize the product backlog

- Write clear and actionable user stories with acceptance criteria

- Collaborate with development teams during sprint planning and execution

- Act as the primary point of contact between stakeholders and the tech team

- Ensure product features align with business goals and user needs

Stakeholder Management :

- Conduct workshops, meetings, and presentations

- Manage expectations and ensure alignment across teams

Agile & Delivery :

- Ensure timely delivery of features with quality standards

- Validate deliverables against requirements and acceptance criteria

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Product Owner

- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies

- Experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, or similar

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

- Ability to translate complex concepts into simple, clear requirements

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience in product lifecycle management

- Familiarity with UX/UI principles

- Basic technical understanding (APIs, databases, system architecture)
