Job Summary :

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst / PLM Consultant with strong exposure to manufacturing processes and engineering change management to support an AI-led digital transformation initiative.

The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders and engineering teams to understand, document, and translate complex manufacturing workflows into structured system and automation requirements. This role acts as a bridge between domain experts and IT/AI engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities :

- Conduct process discovery sessions and stakeholder interviews across Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Quality teams

- Analyze and document end-to-end Product Change Management processes (PCO / ECN / ECR)

- Create detailed process maps, workflows, and functional documentation

- Understand and analyze integrations across ERP (SAP), PLM systems, and document management platforms

- Translate business processes into functional requirements for IT/AI solutions

- Identify opportunities for automation, optimization, and digital transformation

- Collaborate with engineering and product teams for solution design and implementation

- Support data flow analysis, system interactions, and workflow optimization

- Provide insights on process improvement, bottlenecks, and standardization

Required Skills & Experience :

- 8 to 10 years of experience as a Business Analyst / Functional Consultant / PLM Consultant

- Strong understanding of Engineering Change Management (PCO, ECN, ECR)

- Hands-on experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred)

- Experience working with PLM tools (Teamcenter, Windchill, Enovia, etc.)

- Strong skills in process mapping, workflow documentation, and stakeholder management

- Experience with REST APIs, data flows, and system integrations

- Knowledge of BOM structures, manufacturing workflows, and production lifecycle

- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience in digital transformation or AI-driven projects

- Exposure to Lean / Six Sigma methodologies

- Background in manufacturing, industrial engineering, or operations

- Experience with process automation and workflow optimization tools
