Role Overview :

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst - Payments with strong exposure to customer journeys across mobile/web applications and end-to-end payment product delivery.

Key Responsibilities :

- Strong understanding of end-to-end customer journeys across Mobile Apps and Web/Browser platforms.

- Work extensively across Cross-Border Payments, FX Engines, Wallets, Payment Operations, ISO 20022, and Compliance/Regulatory Payments.

- Experience working across multiple geographies (2+ countries/markets) and understanding region-specific payment requirements.

- Lead detailed requirements workshops with business and technology stakeholders.

- Proficient in writing Epics, User Stories, Acceptance Criteria and maintaining/refining product backlogs.

- Drive backlog grooming, prioritization and requirement clarification with cross-functional Agile teams.

- Demonstrate strong Agile experience of 2+ years, beyond basic Sprint/Scrum ceremonies.

- Understand the end-to-end delivery lifecycle and the BA's role across requirement gathering, analysis, development, testing, UAT and implementation.

- Identify, assess and track risks, dependencies, issues and change impacts throughout the delivery lifecycle.

Experience :

- 5+ years in Business Analysis / Product / Payments domain, with 2+ years of hands-on Agile experience.
