Role Overview :

We are seeking a seasoned Business Analyst to join our dynamic team in Bangalore, serving as the critical bridge between complex business requirements and robust technical solutions. In this role, you will lead the end-to-end analysis of our supply chain ecosystem, working closely with cross-functional stakeholders, product managers, and engineering teams to translate business challenges into scalable system designs.

By leveraging your deep expertise in Oracle Supply Chain Planning and Order Management, you will drive process optimizations that directly enhance operational efficiency, reduce lead times, and improve the overall customer experience. Your contributions will be instrumental in shaping our digital transformation roadmap, ensuring that our technical architecture remains aligned with our long-term strategic business objectives.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead comprehensive requirement gathering sessions with global stakeholders to define functional specifications for complex supply chain and order management workflows.

- Conduct detailed gap analysis between current business processes and Oracle system capabilities to identify opportunities for automation and process refinement.

- Author precise business process documentation and user stories that serve as the foundation for development teams throughout the entire SDLC.

- Facilitate Agile ceremonies and sprint planning to ensure that technical deliverables remain aligned with business priorities and project timelines.

- Collaborate with technical architects to validate solution designs, ensuring that all configurations in the Order Management System meet performance and scalability standards.

- Manage stakeholder expectations by providing clear visibility into project progress, potential risks, and mitigation strategies throughout the implementation lifecycle.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated mastery in Oracle Supply Chain Planning and Order Management System (OMS) modules, with a proven ability to configure and troubleshoot complex supply chain flows.

- Exceptional analytical aptitude, with the ability to synthesize complex business needs into actionable technical requirements while maintaining a focus on user-centric design.

- Strong proficiency in the full SDLC, including experience managing projects within an Agile framework and utilizing industry-standard documentation tools.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, capable of influencing senior leadership and fostering collaboration across geographically dispersed, cross-functional teams.

- Proven track record of navigating high-pressure environments in a hybrid work setup, maintaining high standards of delivery and professional integrity.

- A Bachelors or Masters degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field, complemented by 8 to 12 years of relevant experience in business analysis within the supply chain domain.

Mandatory Skills :

- 8+ years of strong Business Analyst experience

- Strong Supply Chain domain experience (Mandatory)

- Product-based organization experience preferred

- Experience in Product Management / Product Ownership / Product Delivery

- Exposure to enterprise products/platforms

- Strong requirement gathering and stakeholder management skills

- Agile/Scrum experience
