Position : Business Analyst - Operational Risk Management

Location : Mumbai

Experience : 3 - 5 Years

Working Days : Monday - Friday

Timings : 10 : 30 AM - 7 : 00 PM

Employment Type : Full - Time

What Were Looking For :

- Experience in Operational Risk Management transformation and automation.

- Hands - on experience with ServiceNow IRM preferred.

- Exposure to MetricStream, SAP GRC, RSA Archer, SAS or similar GRC platforms.

- Strong understanding of RCSA, KRI, Loss Data Capture, Scenario Analysis and Stress Testing.

- Experience in GRC/IRM system implementation, configuration, development or support.

- Understanding of SDLC, project implementation and process automation.

- Experience in banking / BFSI environments.

- Strong stakeholder and vendor management skills.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Education : MCA / MBA / BE / B.Tech / MSc / BSc IT / B.Com / Graduate.
