Business Analyst - Loan IQ

Job Summary :

We are looking for a Business Analyst with strong Loan IQ expertise to support lending platform onboarding, enhancements, and transformation initiatives in a corporate banking environment.

Key Responsibilities :

- Perform business analysis for Loan IQ-based solutions

- Gather and document requirements (BRD, FRD, User Stories)

- Support Loan IQ implementation, upgrade, and migration

- Coordinate with technology, testing, and business teams

- Support SIT/UAT and production rollout

- Conduct data migration activities (mapping, validation, reconciliation)

Required Skills :

- Strong hands-on experience in Loan IQ (mandatory)

- Understanding of corporate/syndicated lending lifecycle

- Knowledge of accounting in lending systems

- Experience with system integration and interfaces

- Strong SDLC and testing knowledge

- Excellent stakeholder management
