Role Overview:

We are looking for a Business Analyst with strong experience in the Life Sciences/Pharma domain and Salesforce CRM to support commercial operations, CRM transformation, and digital initiatives. The candidate will work closely with business and technology stakeholders to understand business requirements, optimize processes, support Salesforce solutions, and deliver data-driven insights for sales, marketing, and customer engagement functions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Engage with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into functional specifications and user stories.

- Support implementation, enhancement, and optimization of Salesforce CRM, particularly Sales Cloud.

- Gather and document business requirements, process flows, user stories, and functional specifications.

- Analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities for process improvement and CRM optimization.

- Work with Sales, Marketing, Commercial Operations, IT, and Analytics teams to deliver business solutions.

- Perform data analysis and prepare reports/dashboards to support business and commercial decision-making.

- Coordinate and participate in UAT, defect tracking, testing, and solution validation.

- Support CRM data governance, data quality, process standardization, and continuous improvement initiatives.

- Assist with user training, change management, and stakeholder communication during project implementation.

Required Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Biotechnology, Business, or a related field.

- 25 years of experience as a Business Analyst, CRM Analyst, or Consulting Analyst.

- Relevant experience in Pharmaceutical, Biotechnology, Medical Devices, Healthcare, or Life Sciences.

- Hands-on experience working with Salesforce CRM, preferably Sales Cloud.

- Strong understanding of sales operations, commercial processes, customer engagement, and CRM workflows.

- Experience in requirements gathering, business process mapping, documentation, and stakeholder management.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.

- Good proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.

Good to Have:

- Salesforce Administrator Certification.

- Experience with Life Sciences Cloud or Healthcare Cloud.

- Experience in CRM/digital transformation projects.

- Knowledge of HCP engagement, field force effectiveness, patient support programs, or omnichannel marketing.

- Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or Salesforce dashboards.

- Knowledge of Agile, JIRA, and user story creation.

- Prior consulting experience with pharmaceutical or healthcare clients.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

The ideal candidate should be a Business Analyst who combines strong Salesforce knowledge with hands-on Life Sciences/Pharma domain experience. Candidates with experience in CRM transformation, commercial operations, requirements gathering, process optimization, and UAT will be preferred.
