Role Overview :

We are seeking a Business Analyst Lending with strong domain expertise in loan processing systems. The candidate will work closely with business users and technology teams to support and enhance lending platforms.

Key Responsibilities :

- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for lending systems

- Work on Loan Origination System (LOS) and Loan Management System (LMS)

- Translate business rules into system requirements and workflows

- Collaborate with technical teams to support development and implementation

- Support UAT, defect triage, and production rollouts

- Ensure solutions align with regulatory and BFSI standards

Required Skills & Experience :

- 69 years of experience as a Business Analyst in Lending domain

- Strong knowledge of LMS, LOS, and end-to-end loan lifecycle

- BFSI domain expertise

- Experience with Business Rules Engine (BRE)

- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies

- Excellent documentation and stakeholder management skills

Preferred :

- Experience working with banks or NBFCs

- Exposure to digital lending platforms
