We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with hands-on expertise in P&C insurance and reinsurance with Lloyds of London domain, IRIS Systems and Data warehousing experience to support business operations, requirements gathering, system enhancements, and cross functional process improvements. The ideal candidate will work closely with stakeholders, technical teams, and end users to ensure business needs are optimized.

Shift Timing : 2 : 00 PM to 11 : 00 PM

Role and Responsibilities :

1. Requirements Gathering & Analysis :

- Work with business stakeholders to understand, document, and analyze business processes related to the IRIS System.

- Translate business needs into clear functional and technical requirements.

- Conduct gap analysis and propose scalable solutions within the IRIS environment.

2. IRIS System Expertise :

- Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) for the IRIS System, including configuration, workflows, functionalities, and

data management.

- Support system upgrades, enhancements, module rollouts, and integration initiatives.

- Troubleshoot IRIS issues and coordinate with technical teams for timely resolution.

3. Stakeholder Management :

- Facilitate workshops, requirement sessions, and user meetings.

- Act as a bridge between business teams and technical teams (developers, architects, QA).

- Provide regular updates, documentation, and communication to project stakeholders.

4. Testing & Quality Assurance :

- Develop test scenarios, test scripts, and validation plans specific to IRIS functionality.

- Coordinate UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and ensure delivery of high-quality system changes.

Mandatory skills :

- P&C insurance and reinsurance with Lloyds of London domain ,IRIS Systems and Data warehousing experience is a must.

- Hands on experience in the IRIS System.

- Strong knowledge of process mapping, business workflows, and documentation standards.

- Experience with SQL, data analysis, and Snowflake (preferred).

- Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or similar project management methodologies.
