Position : Business Analyst (Healthcare Domain)

Key Responsibilities :

- Healthcare Domain Expertise : Apply deep knowledge of healthcare processes, compliance, and IT systems to projects.

- User Story Development : Write clear, detailed, and actionable user stories that drive successful delivery.

- Multi-Project Coordination : Manage and prioritize requirements across multiple healthcare projects simultaneously.

- Stakeholder Communication : Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring clarity and alignment.

- Functional to Technical Translation : Convert business and functional requirements into technical specifications for development teams.

- Collaboration : Partner with product managers, developers, QA, and healthcare SMEs to ensure solutions meet business needs.

- Continuous Improvement : Identify gaps, propose enhancements, and support process optimization in healthcare workflows.

Qualifications :

- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Information Systems, or related field.

- Ideally experience as a Business Analyst in the Healthcare domain.

- Skills working with Voice Agents and AI projects

- Strong track record of coordinating multiple projects and managing competing priorities.

- Excellent communication and documentation skills.

- Demonstrated expertise in writing high-quality user stories and functional specifications.

- Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.

- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with healthcare IT systems (EHR/EMR, claims processing, HL7, HIPAA compliance).

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work independently in a remote environment within India.

- Collaborative mindset with cross-functional teams.
