Business Analyst - Healthcare & Life Sciences

We are seeking domain-oriented Business Analysts with strong Healthcare & Life Sciences (HLS) experience to support consulting, implementation, AI & digital transformation, and managed services engagements.

Key Responsibilities :

- Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.

- Work with business stakeholders, SMEs, product, and technology teams to translate business needs into solutions.

- Develop BRDs/FRDs, user stories, process flows, use cases, and acceptance criteria.

- Conduct process mapping, gap analysis, workshops, and UAT support.

- Identify opportunities for digital transformation, AI, automation, and process optimization.

Domain Areas :

Experience in one or more of :

- R&D, Drug Discovery, CGT, Clinical Development, Pharmacovigilance, Regulatory Affairs, Quality, Commercial Excellence, SCM, Manufacturing, Medical Affairs, Payer, or Provider.

Requirements :

- 5+ years of BA experience with strong HLS domain expertise.

- Hands-on experience in requirements gathering, stakeholder management, and functional analysis.

- Experience with consulting, implementation, transformation, or managed services.

- Strong communication and analytical skills.

- Exposure to AI, data, automation, or digital transformation is an advantage.
