Role Overview :

We are looking for a confident and articulate Guidewire ClaimCenter Business Analyst to bridge business operations and technical squads. You will lead functional discovery, facilitate stakeholder workshops, elicit requirements, and deliver production-ready user stories aligned with Out-of-the-Box (OOTB) ClaimCenter capabilities.

Key Responsibilities :

- Facilitate Workshops: Lead Inception and requirement discovery sessions with claims operations, product owners, and business leaders.

- Requirements & User Stories: Elicit, analyze, and document functional requirements; write clear Agile user stories with detailed acceptance criteria and process workflows.

- Functional Solutioning: Guide teams on ClaimCenter best practices across the full claims lifecycle (FNOL, exposures, reserving, payments, subrogation, litigation) to maximize OOTB capabilities.

- Testing & UAT Support: Partner with QA teams on test scenario reviews, triage functional defects, and support business stakeholders during UAT and release sign-offs.

Requirements :

Non-Negotiables :

- Guidewire ClaimCenter Expertise: Strong hands-on functional knowledge of ClaimCenter and P&C claims operations.

- Proven BA Experience: Demonstrated track record facilitating workshops, eliciting requirements, and producing structured functional documentation.

Preferred :

- Guidewire Certified ACE (BA) in ClaimCenter.
